All of our solutions are comprised of a service plan (level), water optimization system, dispenser(s), and any additional features you choose to add.

Service Levels

Don’t get distracted by the hardware. When choosing your water cooler delivery service plan, it is important to focus exclusively on your capacity requirements (how many users it will be supporting). Everything else is secondary. Click Bottleless Capacity Details (above) for a reference table.

Water Optimization Systems

These are like filtration or purification systems, only they also optimize and enhance your water after purifying it. Please note,  the availability of our waterREBORN+ (PLUS) system is determined by the dispenser.

Dispensers

In addition to colors/finishes and form factors, it is important to weigh which dispense modes you want (i.e. cold water, ice, sparkling, etc.) when choosing your hardware (dispenser).

The availability of premium and advanced features (i.e. coffee, connect, etc.) are also based on each dispensers capabilities.

Each service plan includes a standard selection of dispensers, but you do have the option to select a different dispenser (this may incur additional fee).

Features

Some features are included at no additional cost with specific water dispenser service plans. All other features (that are available with the dispenser you choose) may be added for an additional fee.
